Dion Kotteman is Director General of the Dutch National Audit Authority. He has an extensive project management experience within financial institutions, build up in Europe as well as in India. Before going to the financial world, he was a police commissioner, responsible for international and intergovernmental programmes automating the exchange of security related intelligence. He grounded a foundation in public private partnership on security. He worked for Interpol and Europol. He was CIO of the Dutch Criminal Intelligence Service, called CRI. Before that he was CIO of the Dutch State Police. He acted as chairman of many Netherlands EU delegations on security and data exchange. He lectures on identity and access management. He holds an executive masters of business administration of Nijenrode University, the Netherlands, and of the Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania University, USA. He is member of three advisory boards of Dutch Universities, regarding the audit profession. He wrote “The Projectsaboteur ”, published in 6 countries, recently no 1 in the Swiss management book Top Ten. A new book is underway.
